Growing up in Miami, Florida proved to be fertile ground for Kaityre Pinder, an energetic, creative daughter of Bahamian parents. There she thrived in gymnastics, football (yes football), and academics. But more importantly, it is where she learned to live in color and the seed for her confidence was first planted. She took that energy to the University of Florida where, to her surprise, she discovered a passion for youth development and graduated with a degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences. She realized that just by living authentically, she had the power to inspire and guide a young person to shine and live authentically as well. Upon graduation she took her talents to Atlanta, Georgia where she quickly rose up the ladder at the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta. She may have received many recognitions for her work, but the ones she cherishes most are the relationships she maintains with her former club members to this day. Currently, she serves in a leadership role for Girls on the Run of Atlanta where she is hyper-focused on increasing diversity in the running community of young girls across the country. Not just for the health benefits, but for the emotional benefits of recognizing your greatness in the everyday moments that they deserve to experience as well. At her core, Kaityre is a fun-loving, free-spirit, passionate about the youth and black women owning their voices. Nothing she does is small or meant to be hidden. She embraces boldness, sisterhood, her Bahamian roots, and welcoming every opportunity to further your growth. Most recently, she embraced an opportunity with The Black Hair Experience, which proved the power of Black sisterhood. But you have landed on this site in search of Bossarita, a term she coined before “girl boss” was a trend because others always felt inspired by the boss feminine power within her. They left feeling like a boss themselves. Bossarita, is the culmination of everything she has learned in this life. That we must tap into who we are to live fiercely and bloom endlessly. That we must embrace our vibrance and the skin we are in. And that we must do so with a little style. She hopes that this unique fashion and beauty collection nurtures the confidence blooming in you--and reminds you to embrace your foxy side too.
